Custom Orders Policy
Custom wig orders require a minimum of 14-21 business days for completion, not including weekends or holidays. Each custom unit is hand-sewn with a needle and thread, ensuring quality craftsmanship- no sewing machines are used in the process. Accurate head measurements are required for all custom wig units, and Sweet Deluxe Co. cannot be held responsible for incorrect measurements provided by the customer. However we are willing to assist with guidance on how to properly measure your head if contacted beforehand. Your cooperation helps ensure a perfect fit and a beautifully tailored custom wig.
